Digital Surge Tester with Bar to Bar Test (KAT Series)

The latest Digital Surge Tester uses the bar-to-bar test method in order to eliminate the limitation of span test method to test the low impedance of the series-wound armatures because the span test method is unable to deliver the necessary output current to obtain the appropriate voltage difference.

Automatic Rotor Analysers

The Latest Rotor tester uses the LabVIEW software and Magnetic Pick up probe to detect faults in rotors such as broken & shorted bars, air porosity, interrupted bars, missing ring connections and deviation in skew angles.

In case of Rotors, where weight is less than 15kgs and length < 300mm, the test bench is included with the Rotor Test System. In case of very large sized rotors (> 300 mm) the Rotor Test system can be mounted on Load balancing machine or Lathe.
